Terms & Conditions

All participants should book through our website, you may choose not to book and walk in. If you walk in, the rates will differ and cost more. The walk in rates are available here: http://www.mudtrekker.com.my/rates/

Upon booking you can either pay the whole sum or choose to pay a booking deposit which is deductible from your total bill. Deposits are Not refundable if you cancel or postpone the date.

Booking times
You may choose morning or afternoon sessions (Morning session 9am - 1pm, Afternoon 1pm - 5pm). If you are going to be late, please leave us a note.

All participants are required to register by filling in a release of indemnity form before playing the games, you may download the for here: http://tiny.cc/28jb6y

Full payment must be made to confirm your event. 

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. We don't offer any refunds for unused Paintballs.

Please ensure all players are able to make the booking date before submitting your booking, as mistakes cannot be rectified after the booking has been made. If anyone fails to attend the event on the date you have booked, the payment for that person will be forfeited.
